The costume of Muskau
The costume of Muskau is the one of the „chest-costumes“ that can be seen most seldom. Only in the village of Weißkeißel are still some women that own it. Unfortunately they do not take part in the celebrations and processions.
Perhaps it is the too big proximity of the “big county town” Weißwasser, which keeps them from wearing the dresses of the rural population.
